Lynette Baldwin: Managing Director
I have over 30 years experience in the Care Industry. I left my role as Care Manager to develop my own training company at btc which has now been established for . I have seen a lot of changes in that time and take pride in the fact that my company now has their own contract and we have had over 800 achievers. It is a joy to see learners who commenced with us with such low esteem leaving the centre with new found confidence.
Andrew Baldwin: Finance Director
btc was established in 2002 by both Lynette and myself. I am the Finance Director and am actively involved with the office procedures and negotiating the funded contacts. Starting btc has been a rewarding and fulfilling opportunity. Prior to 2002 I have over 35 years finance experience – 21 years being spent in senior managerial roles.
Wendy Trotter: Office Manager
I have worked for baldwin training centre for . I have over fifteen years experience working within Administration. I am a member of the Management Team and enjoy the daily challenges as the company continues to grow.
Tracy Sampson: Business Development Manager
I have progressed through the different areas of the business and currently I am involved in developing the employment engagement area. This includes being aware of training needs that both the employer and the learner require. I am a trainer in Moving & Handling and am involved in developing short courses for baldwin training centre. I have over experience working within the care industry, mainly with learning disability, old age, dementia adults.
Debbie Freeman: Apprenticeship Coordinator
My name is Debbie & I deliver training in the Hastings/Bexhill area. I have 30 years experience in the Care Industry, Nursing, EMI & Severe Learning Disabilities working at supervisory levels in all fields. I support learners for btc in Health & Social Care level 2 & 3 & also Support Services.
Jill Millen: Lead Internal Verifier
I joined baldwin training centre over ago. I am an experienced Assessor/Internal Verifier and currently lead the IV team. I have candidates in both East & West Sussex. I also enjoy training Moving & Handling to carers which takes place both in house and at our Eastbourne office.
Linda Britton: Assessor/Internal Verifier
I started work for baldwin training centre in October 2007 as an Assessor/Internal Verifier. I currently deliver Health & Social Care NVQ2 & 3 to learners in the Eastbourne area. Prior to working for btc I was an in-house Assessor and also work for over thirty years within the care industry mainly working in nursing/old age and dementia.
Jean Wilson: Assessor/Internal Verifier
I started work for btc in August 2009. I currently deliver Health & Social care NVQ4 and Leadership & Management NVQ4 to learners from Hastings to Seaford. Prior to working for btc I worked as an Assessor/Internal Verifier and Tutor in a further education college and for two other private NVQ providers. I have had over 25 years experience working in the Health & Social care sector and have been a Registered Home Manager & Service Leader in the NHS.
Margaret Greene: Assessor
I have over sixteen years experience working within the care sector specialising in physical disability, nursing & old age. I have been an Assessor/Trainer for btc since 2003 delivering training to individuals & groups for NVQ2 & NVQ3 Health & Social Care. I enjoy the one to one contact I have with all my candidates & currently cover Eastbourne, Brighton & Worthing area.
Tracy Britcher: Assessor
I started working for btc in November 2009 as an assessor. I currently deliver Health and Social Care NVQ levels 2 and 3 to learners in the Bexhill and Hastings area. I have been a qualified assessor for 7 years and a qualified internal verifier for 2 years. I have 19 years experience in the care sector. I also help support the Employer Engagement Team, liaising with employers and new learners as necessary.
Celia Reade: Assessor
I have been a btc Assessor since 2005 for nearly , assessing/training candidates in NVQ2 & NVQ3 Health & Social Care. Prior to joining btc I spent 25 years in the care sector, including hospital care, home care & social services experiences.
Bridgette Dixon: Assessor
I have worked for baldwin training centre for and I am very happy in my role. I feel that the centre is very caring and strives to always maintain the high standards it has achieved. I assess Customer Service levels 2 & 3, Team Leading level 2 and Management level 3. I have 23 years experience in various senior management positions in retail.
