Lynette Baldwin: Managing Director I have over 30 years experience in the Care Industry. I left my role as Care Manager to develop my own training company at baldwin training centre which has now been established for six years. I have seen a lot of changes in that time and take pride in the fact that my company now has their own contract and we have had over 800 achievers. Andrew Baldwin: Finance Director btc was established in 2002 by both Lynette and myself. I am the Finance Director and am actively involved with the office procedures and negotiating the funded contacts. Starting btc has been a rewarding and fulfilling opportunity. Sandy Collins: Centre Manager Prior to working with btc I worked for 17 years within the care industry. I started work with btc in 2004, since then I have progressed from an Assessor to an Internal Verifier. I am an active member of the Management team and over the last 18 months have developed the Employer Engagement area of the business. Tracy Baldwin: Employer Engagement Coordinator I have progressed through the different areas of the business and currently I am involved in developing the employment engagement area. This includes being aware of training needs that both the employer and the learner require. I am a trainer in Moving & Handling and am involved in developing short courses for baldwin training centre. Lucy Newman: Skills for Life Coordinator My name is Lucy, I have worked in the Care sector for over fifteen years – nursing, residential, support living but predominately learning disabilities. I have worked for btc since April 2007 supporting learners in NVQ2, 3 & 4. I have recently taken up my new role as Skills for Life Co-ordinator, developing areas btc can give support to learners within this discipline. Tanya Terry: Apprenticeship Coordinator I have eight years experience within the Care Industry achieving both my NVQ2 & NVQ3 with btc. I have worked at baldwin training centre since August 2007 and completed my Assessor award here. Jill Millen: Assessor/Internal Verifier I joined baldwin training centre over four years ago.I am an experienced Assessor/Internal Verifier and currently lead the IV team. Sue Chester: Assessor/Internal Verifier I have spent twenty years in the care sector working as a carer up to manager of a residential care home and day centre for adults with learning disabilities.
