NVQ Level 2
The level 2 NVQ in Team Leading is for you if you are a team leader:
All team leaders working at level 2 are expected to manage themselves, lead their teams, develop productive working relationships and ensure that they reduce risks to health and safety. These are therefore the mandatory units which form the core of every Level 2 team leaders NVQ.
In addition to this you may well allocate and check work, and encourage innovation in your team. You may provide learning opportunities for colleagues, or resolve problems and support improvements in customer service. You should select two of the optional units that most closely match the particular responsibilities of your role from, from this list of activities.
- Whose work involves the application of knowledge and skills in a significant range of varied work activities, performed in a variety of contexts, and some of which are complex or non-routine;
- Who has some degree of personal autonomy and responsibility, and;
- Collaborates with others through membership of a team.
